Comprehensive Property Health Check (larger or double-storey homes)

A detailed whole-of-home inspection suited to larger, double-storey or more complex properties. Includes aerial inspection where required and a thorough review of all areas. We identify building defects, maintainance items, and potential risks, providing clear risk ratings and practical guidance on recomended repairs and next steps
